By completing this form, you have recently enrolled in a Soccer Central program and are contributing to the recognition of another member for their program referral achievements. As a result, you also become eligible for these program benefits!
1 Referral = 1 Free Month, equivalent to the program the new member enrolls in. (The new member must remain in the program for a minimum of 2 consecutive months.)
4 Referrals = 6 Free Months (subject to the same conditions as above)
6 Referrals = A COMPLETELY FREE YEAR! (following the same aforementioned rules)
